1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using HomeServiceMarketing.ca and its services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

HomeServiceMarketing provides digital marketing services including search engine optimisation, website design, pay-per-click advertising, social media marketing, reputation management, and content marketing for home service businesses.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary access to platforms and accounts required to deliver services. Clients are responsible for the accuracy of any information provided.

4. Payment Terms

Services are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients own the final deliverables produced specifically for them. HomeServiceMarketing retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

HomeServiceMarketing is not liable for indirect damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding three months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, client will be invoiced for work completed up to the termination date.
